- Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary.
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will attempt to notify you using the email address provided with your order.

9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery may vary based on product availability, inventory, mistakes, or other factors. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specified date or time.
Please allow extra time for deliveries containing multiple items. Each may ship separately based on its availability.
You will be asked to select a shipping method during checkout. Your total order price includes shipping costs based on the method chosen.
We are unable to ship to post office boxes, military addresses, or any location outside the continental United States. Certain remote regions within the continental U.S. may also be excluded.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivering products to the carrier. We cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages. You may request carrier insurance during checkout at an additional cost.
10. Sales Tax
If ordering for delivery within the state of Tennessee, applicable state and local sales tax will be included automatically during checkout. Your total order price reflects these taxes based on current rates.
For orders shipping outside Tennessee, you may still be liable for use tax in your local jurisdiction. We are not responsible for collecting or remitting use tax. You should consult your local tax office for more information.
11. Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your products for any reason, you may return them for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Detailed return instructions will be provided with your shipment.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot process returns for products that have been worn, used, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for covering the shipping fees back to our returns processing facility.
We will issue refunds only upon receiving returned items at our processing facility. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment account.
Exchanges are not allowed at this time. All returns are for refund only.

Along with ordering products on our website, you may have opportunities to post reviews, upload photos, submit star ratings, and provide other public feedback.
